These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NextHome. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

About NextHome

NextHome is a property intelligence database that aggregates publicly available listings for Malta and Gozo, together with price history and market insights. We are an information and discovery platform; we are not a party to any transaction between users and agents.

Listing information

We aggregate listing data from public sources and strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free. Property details, prices and availability are set by the listing agents and may change. Always confirm details directly with the relevant agent before making any decision.

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise us to share the details you provide with the agent responsible for the relevant listing so they can respond to you.

Agent accounts

Agent registration is available only to agents that manage properties listed on the platform. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with their listings and for keeping their account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Do not scrape, copy or redistribute our database without permission.
• Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextHome is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information available through the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
